    Last date to apply for this cohort.

  3. Selection

    We review applications and confirm the cohort.

  4. Pre-Flight

    5–7 days

    5–7 self-paced days to get set up — Git, Python, Claude, APIs — before the sprint.

  5. The 4 weeks

    weeks 1–4

    Design → Build → Evaluate + Harden → Verify + Ship. One product, start to finish.

  6. Demo Day

    Present your product to the community and Demo Day judges.

  7. Passports + Commons

    Verified builders get their Product Passport; products join the Commons.

The 4-week sprint has fixed dates — that's what creates urgency, community and a finish line. But the Surge Builder Network, chapters and build nights run all year. Arriving 'late' is fine: you're slotted into the next cohort, and the community is always on.
